Our Personal Mission to You

To help you FREE YOURSELF from the difficult people in your life.

Fulfilling Our Commitment to You:

We continue to develop and seek out the best materials available. Your interest, feedback, and input add greatly toward fulfilling our ultimate mission. We are here to listen and to provide what you need for your business concerns: Executive Coaching; Seminars on Leadership, Dealing with Change, Time Management; Crisis Management, etc; Books, E-books, Manuals, and other materials; Trainings; Succeeding with Problem Employees; and much more.

We are committed to providing services to our business customers that are tailored to your needs and desires. We design all our presentations with your business and core ideals in mind. We never offer 'canned' presentations or workshops, but make the effort to present materials that are viable for your team members and developed specifically for your team goals and strategies.

We want to provide you every possible opportunity to learn as much as possible about being successful with the difficult situations that you may find yourself dealing with and thedifficult people in your work life.

Our listed coaches are experienced in the Personal, Executive, and Business coaching arenas. They are available for those who wish to receive one-on-one help and support with their difficult people concerns and for presentations, workshops, and team building and leadership seminars. All our coaches are trained to work with people who are having problems with difficult people in their lives.

You can learn more about each of our coaches by visiting the Personal and Business Coaching sections on the web site.

Future Plans:

Our plans include the continued development of a wide range of e-courses and e-books. These include e-courses related to difficult people we interact with in business, family, education, and our daily lives.

Other plans include: an on-going development of an extensive database of member's ideas, difficult people scenarios and coaches responses and input; continuing additions to “The Lighter Side of Difficult People,” additional teleclasses available each month, and much more.
